105 - What will be the infrastructure to ensure its application everywhere?

• Are there going to be lakhs of fingerprint sensors to be maintained at different offices?
• Is there enough manpower to maintain them? What will be the cost?
• In case of failure will conventional method be followed? If such loophole is provided, most of those units will not be working.
• Do we have continuous power supply in rural villages to operate them? We have already seen quite a few AVMs (Voting m/s) which are required to work for just one day in five years during election not working and getting replaced.
