Dear Ram, Your 'obsession' with Aadhar is something we are in full sympathy with - after all it is our money, the nation's money.

Years earlier, the GOI asked for suggestions on how to celebrate the 50th Republic Day - I had suggested one free lunch for all below poverty line nationals of India.  Of course it was logistically impossible - still is.

The GOI simply does not have the mechanism to reach all the poor in the hinterland.  That is why we have starvation deaths and Naxals.
