 New technologies to conserve water like SRI method of rice cultivation should spread to the entire nation.
 Money should be spent on Drip Irrigation facilities.
 Soil Testing and proper application of fertilizers is  another critical area
 User friendly India specific automation of agricultural operations
 Proper Grain storage Facilities and Cold Storage Rooms
