This is the biggest ticket game. First you blow the money on schemes such as NAREGA. Then you complain of all irregularities in distributing doles and  "empowering the Aam Admi" Then you go to the "Technologists"(Incidentally no other branch of engineering is Technology now, but IT ) Then siphon off the revenue. It is all about money honey! Why on the earth, does one have to conceive of a scheme, knowing fully well that Indians do not live only in Bangalore and the public offices in mofussils, get power for less than an hour a day,and more than 95% fellows working with state or local Government have no clue of any thing to do with IT/electronic systems and ultimately our guy would have to rely on this thick and dense group, who to his utter delight would fail and then it is Infosys all the way! QED I am surprised, rest of our tribe living in SV has not jumped in to serve "the motherland"or this is a cartel?
Some one needs to think.
